Why is fitness important?

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

That’s what fitness does to you!

I’m back after a long hiatus.

I see ugly guys dating gorgeous, "hot" women all the time. I, too, am not very attractive but I'm not doing well with the ladies. What's their secret?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

How has your life changed for the past 10 years? Can you share your #10year challenge? Is your life better, worse, or still hopeful?

I know , I know.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

How can we worship Shri Krishna at home? Is it enough to install an idol, or are there other rituals that are mandatory?
